Very good staff, but could do by paying a little as it's very important for people like me who is not well paid to pay at one go on benefits
Nice friendly helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Had an emergency with one of my pets on a Sunday. Luckily they were open. Dropped one star because even though they were excellent, they didn't send a report through to my local vet on the following day as promised. When I turned up at my regular vet on the Monday they had to call through for a report.
Lovely vetinary practice and the staff are so helpful - that's why I have been with them now for over 11 years.
I love this vets and the plan we are on is also good. The only down side is the recent update of the plan which now excludes claw clipping and anal glands emptying. But the price has increased?? How???
