Super place to leave the cats knowing they will be well looked after, would definitely recommend.
I have used this cattery since the year it opened and I wouldn't leave my precious cat with anyone other than Janet. The place is spotless, she is there 24/7 not locking them up at tea time and walking away like many places do. They have the exact diet that the owner specifies and she goes to extremes to ensure this even travelling to specific shops to make fresh purchases. Her love and attention to all the cats is limitless and you can see this in her own animals too and she knows more about cats than most vets I know. She does have health standards to be fair to all the residents in there but this is for the good of all. I personally believe that you will struggle to find anywhere better anywhere in the world and my Jessie loves to go, loves Janet and her team and comes home happy and content every time which gives me complete peace of mind. If Janet said your cat had fleas then you can be certain it had fleas! We have used Catsworth to holiday our two cats, Soots and Smokes, for most of their lives (approx 10 years) probably 3 - 4 times a year, and have no complaints. She cares about her charges, knows cats, and if things are awry she will take the necessary action. That is all we can ask. We WILL be using her again!
I have used Catsworth house since it opened for my Tiggy and all her predecessors. In all our years we have never had a query or complaint from our cats. They have all been wonderfully looked after and returned happily after their stay.
We use Catsworth House very regularly and rate it the best Cattery we have ever used. The Cattery is spotless and the rooms are spacious and pleasant. Many even have a view! The care is second to none. Janet will cater for any cat's specific needs and special diets. She makes sure the cats she cares for have a great time whilst their owners are away giving them peace of mind. We couldn't rate it more highly.
