Rooms, food,staff and views all superb. This is probably the best place I have stopped at. Looking forward when we come back in May and September.
Delicious food, my four grandchildren ate every morsel. And they are fussy. The vegetables were perfect. Steak pie, beef burger, curry and children's menu all top notch. Lovely atmosphere and child friendly. Thank you
Definitely go to this place if you enjoy good traditional pub food. You should book around busy periods to avoid disappointment.The food is excellent and good value for money and good sized portions.It has good parking facilities which is good disabled people.It has a warm friendly atmosphere with many traditional pub features including open fire, beams and furniture
Absolutely love the Pack Horse Inn. I cannot recommend it enough. Fabulous rustic country pub food cooked from scratch and done really well, in a cosy setting with roaring fires and a friendly atmosphere. The views are amongst the best in the High Peak.
Great place. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and no noise so got a good night's sleep. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with good quality ingredients. All in all a good place to stay, would definitely use this place again. Also the bar was cozy and comfortable.
