Paper Escape are just concluding a huge piece of work for us (in excess of 2 million A4 images), and I can highly commend them. The work involved: collecting boxes from our various offices; scanning client files to individual PDFs with agreed references; returning disks/USB sticks with scanned files and reference lists for checking; and secure destruction of paper files when authorised to do so by us. The work took a lot of planning at our end, because we wanted to make sure we would be able to manage the data properly. We consulted Paper Escape about our plans, and once we pressed go the whole project has gone incredibly smoothly, in no small part due to Paper Escapes help and flexibility. We have already had to retrieve a few client files using our new e-system, and it is so easy. We carried out thorough market-testing, Paper Escape were by far the cheapest option, and we will without doubt continue to use their services.
I'm not someone who would usually write a review but I felt I had to regarding the service I received from Paper Escape earlier this year. For almost half the price that other companies quoted, PE have transformed the contents of two of our offices full to the roof with boxes to a single USB drive. I can now find all my files within a matter of seconds, we should have done this years ago!
