This is undoubtedly an awesome chippy!
As far a chip shops go it's a typical run of the mill chip shop. However there are always large queues for their fish and chips as their fish is to die for. Not sure it's the way they batter them or the fact that 9 times out of 10 it's the size of a small country, either way I would reccomend you try for yourself.

Having not been here for some time now, I decided to call in recently, one, to catch up with the staff, and two, to see if it was as nice as it always was. Safe to say that it is. Still a wonderfuly friendly establishment, food is never too greasy, and knowing the owner, he happily gives me a freebie without a second thought. This is the sort of chip shop every town needs.
Great fish, chips and steak and kidney puds. Great price, nice people.
