Absolutely pathetic,don't know what they are doing,Unprofessional and not willing to help.came to get my medication today after being told over the phone it would be fine with my hospital note,now they are saying it's a 48 hour wait,on top of that they sent me a message earlier saying my appointment had been cancelled but when I rang it wasn't cancelled and was with someone else who by her own admission wasn't qualified to check blood pressure,cook pass medical centre
Moved to New Mills 2 years ago after 50 years in London,I am so impressed.All the staff at every level are professional,competent and effective while remaining personable,polite and kind.I arrived here with two ongoing problems that required surgery ,I was assessed,given useful information and referred on for operations that have been successfully carried out.The practice nurse is fantastic,she takes blood painlessly,not the usual shoving a blunt drainpipe into a vein,(eventually)My various age related grumbles are all being dealt with effectively and with good humour AND I phoned on Friday for an appointment (nothing urgent) and could have been seen on Monday,Tuesday suited me better AND it is with a Doctor who will understand my version of English Keep up the good work
