After finding the granite we had ordered for a new kitchen island two years after our kitchen was initially installed didn't match our existing work surfaces natural stone surfaces gave great customer service in allowing us to view stone from their supplier and choose a replacement. The service for template measurement, installation and communication between stages was really smooth and professional and we are very pleased with the end result.
We had our new granite worktop fitted recently by Natural Stone Surfaces and it looks amazing! We couldn't be happier - from the moment we placed the order we were updated every step of the process by the team. We had the template carried out on the Thursday, and the worktop was in place the following Thursday.Dave did a fantastic job with the template, which meant the granite was cut perfectly when it arrived, and he was really helpful in answering any questions we had during his visit. Luke and Will who came to fit the worktop also did an outstanding job - they were really clean and tidy, not to mention a pleasure to deal with, and the care they took with the stone was fantastic. Very impressive.Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish, would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality worktop. Very reasonable on price too.
